The Camden markets are a number of adjoining large retail markets, often collectively referred to as Camden Market or Camden Lock, located in the historic former Pickfords stables, in Camden Town, London. It is situated north of the Hampstead Road Lock of the Regent's Canal (popularly referred to as Camden Lock).

Half Hitch Gin

The tipple was invented by North Londoner, Mark Holdsworth who decided to go it alone after 15 years at Bacardi. Bringing Camden’s forgotten gin history back to the Market, where it’s distilled in the shop in a copper pot named ‘Smithy’, you can see the spirit being made, grab a free taster and buy yourself one of the beautiful glass bottles.

Roundhouse

The Roundhouse is a performing arts and concert venue at the Grade II* listed former railway engine shed in Chalk Farm, London, England. The building was erected in 1846–1847 by the London & North Western Railway as a roundhouse, a circular building containing a railway turntable, but was used for that purpose for only about a decade.

Good connections to the attractions

We stayed here for a weekend with our 3 kids and had a great time in London. The apartment is in a very nice neighbourhood and has also very good connections to the attractions in London (most places we could reach in ca. 15-30 minutes with the tube or bus). Place was clean, beds were very comfortable and check-in was easy. Something to be aware of though is that the apartment has a small kitchen to e.g. make breakfast before you start your trip into the city, but is missing a small table to eat at All in all we can really recommend Hues place.

Was a lovely spacious apartment in London with a couple of friends had everything we needed plenty of towels and bed sheets clean and tidy near Victoria coach station so was very easy to travel too yeah very happy with our stay will be sure to book there again soon!

The hosts were excellent communicators

For the price this stay really is a steal. It's central to literally all methods of transport (underground, buses, and overground) and it's pretty close to central London. We were there during the tube strikes and still able to get around fairly easily. The town of Islington has everything you need if you don't feel like traveling far at anytime. Def recommend checking out Oli's Fish and Chips next door - the owner is so nice. The place was small but super clean. Perfect for a place to crash. The shower isn't super accessible if accessibility is necessary for you (it's very tall and very deep) but it's definitely manageable. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Central Location

This apartment is in a great central location within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions. It's in a quiet and smart area of London, which allows you to get a good nights rest. The space worked well for our family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were very comfy. We'd happily stay again.
